Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–20 business days

  • International Orders: 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become available.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
